At Turandoss, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to exchange or return an item, please review our detailed policy below.

 

Eligibility for Exchange & Return

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition Requirements: All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and certificates of authenticity. Personalized, custom, or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Customer Service:

Reach out to our Customer Service team by email at support@turandoss.com or call us at [Customer Support Number]. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Authorization:

Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please ensure this number is included in your return package.

Packaging Your Return:


Securely pack the item in its original Turandoss packaging, along with the RA# and a copy of your proof of purchase. Turandoss is not responsible for any damages during return shipping.

Shipping Your Return:

Use a trackable shipping service with insurance, as Turandoss cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping fees are typically the responsibility of the customer unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are permitted for items that meet the return criteria within the 30-day window. Custom and engraved items are excluded.

Exchange Processing:

For exchanges, contact customer service to confirm availability of your preferred item. Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process upon receiving the original item.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Return Processing & Refunds

Return Inspection:

Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item. Items that do not meet our return standards (damaged, worn, missing components) will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Timeline:

Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit.

Return Fees:

For returns due to reasons other than a confirmed manufacturing defect, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Prepare Your Return

Include Original Packaging: Pack all original materials, including any complimentary gifts, the packing slip, and certificates. Please note, a 30% replacement fee per certificate will apply if missing.

Secure the Jewelry: Place your item(s) in the original Turandoss jewelry box. For convenience, we recommend reusing the original packaging from your order.

Order Number Identification: Write your Order Number (begins with #Turandossxxxx) clearly on the outside of the package.

Package Security: For security purposes, avoid writing terms such as "jewelry," "diamonds," or related words on the package.

Order Number Visibility: Ensure the Order Number is clearly visible on the label or outside of the box. We cannot process your return without this information.

Provide Tracking Information: Once shipped, please email the tracking number to service@turandoss.com for verification and tracking.

 

Refund Process

Receipt and Inspection
Once we receive your returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. This process may take up to three (3) business days. After inspection, we will either process an exchange or issue a refund according to our return conditions.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
