At Turandoss, we are committed to delivering your jewelry securely and promptly, ensuring that your experience is as exceptional as the pieces themselves.  Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, estimated delivery times, and policies.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Free on all orders over $100 within the United States.
Orders below $100 incur a flat shipping fee of $5.

 

Express Shipping:

Delivery within 2-3 business days.
Available for a flat rate of $15 on all U.S. orders.
Orders placed by 1 PM EST will be processed the same day.

 

Overnight Shipping:

Next-business-day delivery for orders placed by 1 PM EST.
Available for a flat rate of $25 within the U.S.

 

International Shipping:

Turandoss ships worldwide with delivery times varying by destination.
Shipping rates and estimated times will be calculated at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Processing Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, though custom or personalized pieces may take longer.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with details. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number for monitoring your delivery.

 

Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey on our shipping provider’s website or through your Turandoss account.

Account Tracking: If you have a registered account with Turandoss, you can view your order status and tracking details under “My Orders.”

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, contact our Customer Service team. We will investigate and work to resolve any issues promptly.

 

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We proudly support military service members by shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Delivery times to these locations may vary depending on destination and processing time through military mail channels.

 

Signature Requirements

For the security of high-value orders, Turandoss may require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unable to sign for your package, please arrange for an authorized recipient to accept it on your behalf or pick it up from the carrier’s facility.

 

Important Shipping Notes

Order Address: Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to prevent delays. Turandoss is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Restricted Shipping: For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

International Customs: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by customs at the destination. Contact your local customs office for details.

Package Security: To ensure a secure delivery, avoid writing "jewelry," "diamonds," or similar terms on your package.
